Job Description

  • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster trust and accountability and act as a strategic advisor and partner to the business unit.
  • Improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Identify, design, and update policies and procedures for all HR systems and processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal system, training and development program, payroll system, reward system, talent management and organizational culture, career planning, and retention system.
  • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to create competitive programs.
  • Identify and design succession and development programs for employees.
  • Launch an employer brand project (increase talent market share in hiring).
  • Design and implement a performance management system.
  • Prepare incentive programs to increase employee satisfaction.
  • Improve the organizational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of work experience in HR management and team management.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or an MBA graduate. 
  • Good communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in training and coaching employees.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
