Product Manager

Job Description

At IranTalent, we are looking for a product manager to generate profitable revenues by developing and managing products and services. As a product manager, you will take the lead in developing and executing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales and oversee the end-to-end product development and implementation process. Your main responsibility is being able to create value for the customers and increase the efficiency of the system by identifying users’ needs, making data-driven decisions, identifying priorities, planning, and delivering in best-in-class experience for our customers. Roles:

• Use a highly analytical customer-centric mindset to build a compelling vision of the future, placing the customer at the center of all decisions and trying to create customer loyalty in every decision.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities, bringing new development projects and end-to-end ownership of projects and analysis of achieving project goals.
• Analyze and report on product performance, and make proactive data-driven decisions, whether in the form of competitive Intelligence, employer and candidate behavior, or other business metrics.
• Drive a cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
• Internalize and deeply understand the organization's mission and strategies, as well as the objectives of your particular product.
• Own innovating, defining, and planning deliverables (road map) of entirely product features to deliver against the team and company goals.
• Break down problems into small actionable steps and keep product development moving fast and agile to achieve our long-term goals.
• Requires challenging members of each functional team (engineering, design, etc.) to think boldly and creatively and then focus that energy on execution plans.
• Collaborate with business, development, quality assurance, and user experience to ensure the right customer problem is solved.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders including the business stakeholders on updates on roadmaps/sprints/new releases and demonstrating all projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products, R&D, benchmarking, and analysis of the performance of the products of foreign and domestic competitors in the industry.
