Product Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from conception to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and project plans.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate user needs into product features.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in product management.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
