Here at Agah Financial Group, we plan to work with an experienced and capable person as a human resource business partner in the service center unit in Karaj city. In line with the formulation and implementation of macro strategies in the mentioned field, one of the organization's expectations and one of the main duties of this role is close and continuous cooperation and companionship with the line manager as well as the CHRO of the group.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Managing and optimizing the recruitment and selection processes of human resources needed by the organization.
Monitoring the correct implementation of recruitment processes and identifying bottlenecks and points that can be improved and providing the necessary suggestions for their improvement.
Cooperating with the stakeholder's units to identify and attract talents suitable and compatible with the culture of the organization.
Performance Management:
Developing and updating the performance management process to improve the performance of employees and the organization, in line with the group's macro strategies.
Monitoring the good implementation of the performance management process and taking corrective action if needed.
Compiling descriptive and analytical reports of employees' performance and providing specialized suggestions for their improvement.
Accompanying the CEO in setting goals for different units in line with the organization's macro strategies.
Development and Training:
Formulating and updating the training process in the organization in accordance with existing standards and in line with achieving the organization's goals.
Monitoring the implementation of training courses and ensuring their effectiveness based on existing standards.
Identifying and communicating with reliable educational sources in line with the training of the
organization's employees.
Strategic Partnership:
Developing and updating human resource strategies in line with the CHRO of the group.
Accompanying the managers of the organization to align human resource strategies with the group's macro goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
Formulating and updating the compensation package for employees in line with the organization's structure and line with the organization's overall goals
Monitoring the good implementation of matters related to personnel orders, contracts, employee attendance, vacations, etc.
Monitoring the good implementation of the job grading system of the organization.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, especially in recruiting and hiring, performance management, and employee development and training.
Capable of leadership and management of the human resources department.
Having the spirit of empathy, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Motivated to communicate with colleagues.
Capable of formulating and updating human resource strategies.
Skilled in coaching to communicate effectively with others.
