Job Description

  • Control timesheets, structure and personnel work shifts and provide reports.
  • Prepare employment files.
  • Prepare personnel contracts in accordance with labor law.
  • Archive personnel files, personnel contracts, and all documents.
  • Prepare, adjust, and upload the list of insurance and salary tax.
  • Make salary calculations and prepare salary lists.
  • Make calculations related to personnel settlement.
  • Prepare and update procedures related to human resources fields.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Turkish is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with ERP systems.
