Job Description

  • Competitors' price monitoring, price offers for new products, and review of product profitability.
  • Review the statistical trends of customers' purchases and provide appropriate solutions to improve the sales process.
  • Investigate customer complaints and handle them, transferring quality problems to the factory.
  • Introduce the product to key customers.
  • Introduce business plans to the sales team.
  • Prepare statistical and analytical management reports.
  • Coordinate events and training sessions for customers.
  • Review new products of competitors, changes in the package, promotions of competing companies, and marketing activities of competitors.
  • Review the sales trend of the product group, and coverage percentage, and identify sales growth potentials.
  • Plan, control, and manage to achieve the weighted goals of the product group.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, Management, or Business.
  • Some years of experience in the Food and Confectionary (FMCG) industry.
  • Military service must be done.
  • Problem-solving ability.
