Roles:

  • Implement human resources strategies in accordance with the organization's goals.
  • Manage recruitment, hiring, and employee experience processes.
  • Provide human resources consulting to managers and employees.
  • Improve and implement employee performance evaluation and development processes.
  • Create and strengthen organizational culture and improve personnel well-being.
  • Monitor administrative processes and compliance with organization policies.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of work experience in human resources.
  • Mastery of recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Coaching, and interaction-oriented ability.
  • Familiarity with human resources technologies and related systems.
  • Relative proficiency in English.
