Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive senior HR generalist with expertise in talent acquisition and experience in learning and development, performance management, and employer branding. You’ll handle full-cycle recruitment, develop L&D programs, support performance reviews, and assist in job evaluation and grading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Learning & Development: Identify learning needs, coordinate training programs, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Performance Management: Support performance reviews, analyze performance data, and assist with bonus payments.
  • Employer Branding & Engagement: Plan employer branding events and maintain the job ladder framework.
  • Job Evaluation & Grading: Support job evaluation, grading, and compensation benchmarking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in HR or a related field; a Master’s degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • 5+ years in HR, 3+ years in talent acquisition and L&D.
  • Strong in talent acquisition, L&D, and performance management with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS tools, and job grading is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, confidential, and collaborative.
