POSITION SNAPSHOT:

Location: Qazvin/Iran Company: Nestlé;
Full-Time;

POSITION SUMMARY:

Nestlé is looking for someone to be responsible for driving and supporting the implementation of the talent management strategy and business plan for Iran by supporting core processes managing talent projects in the organization understanding learning requirements, and implementing priorities and plans in the short/long term by working with HRBP/front leaders in the organization to retain/develop/recognize Nestlé Iran talents.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

Training:

  • Consolidate factory training plan based on training needs analysis.
  • Execute training programs based on the plan and collect feedback from participants
  • Manage the training budget.
  • Conduct induction sessions for new joiners and HR refresher sessions for existing employees.
  • Support and implement governance routine on people's behavioral and functional development plan.
  • Update factory training plan for any required KPI in the factory at different levels with the utilization of training committee members.
  • Drive weekly training committee sessions.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, performance acceleration, and learning needs for employees across the factory.

Leadership Practices:

  • Drive leadership development by detecting the focus area of the factory leadership. skill needs, prepare and drive different initiatives to address those needs.
  • Set governance routine on leadership skill development.
  • Refines and implements programs to support current and future business needs.
  • Recommend local training providers according to curricula requirements.

Talent and Performance Cycle Management:

  • Advise line managers on talent assessment, succession plan, and performance management process.
  • Support the line manager in effective development plan creation.
  • Support the development of the successor for the critical position.
  • Ensure all of the employees have performance goals set, check-ins, and end-year personal development plans.
  • Support HRBP in setting/coordinating the annual/weekly performance and talent management meeting.
  • Drive various initiatives and track monthly 1:1 discussions across the factory and coach line manager to have transparent, insightful, discussions.
  • Track and support HRBP and Line managers regarding the people who are in the performance improvement plan by driving governance routine on the subject.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of talent data (including Talent snapshots, historical data, etc.) to support all local talent reviews on time.

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
