Job Description

Mission:

  • To drive data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment by developing, implementing, and maintaining robust reporting frameworks that track the progress of digital transformation and strategy initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to track the progress of digital transformation and strategy initiatives with the guidance of the senior manager.
  • To monitor the performance of digital transformation and strategy and Divisional KPIs, link them, and share them with Finance planning for KPI scoring.
  • To analyze and interpret strategic data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • To develop and maintain a dashboard for real-time monitoring of strategy performance and metrics.
  • To prepare executive-level reports on digital transformation and strategy initiatives progress, including recommendations for corrective actions.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of reporting standards and practices.
  • To identify and implement innovative reporting tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • To present detailed reports and analytics of information related to strategy before senior management and provide details for comprehension, this involves advanced communication and presentation skills
  • To gather data and information from various sources, analyze, and provide a detailed report as per category.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Finance, Economics) or related fields.
  • Fluent in English.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an area of specialization.
  • Experience working in a medium-sized organization.
