Job Description

  • Work with marketing and sales managers to develop and implement human resource strategies in line with sales and distribution goals.
  • Analyze market trends and their impact on human resource needs in the sales and distribution department.
  • Identify and plan for recruiting, retaining, training, and developing employees.
  • Plan to optimize human resources in branches, warehouses, and sales teams.
  • Implement the performance management process, develop employee career paths, and provide incentive programs to improve performance.
  • Manage conflicts between production, sales, and distribution units.
  • Collect and analyze data related to employee productivity and provide regular reports to the senior human resources manager.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Travel requirement: Limited.

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop human resources strategies in line with sales goals.
  • Knowledge of sales and human resource management principles and processes in operational environments.
  • Understanding sales performance indicators.
  • Ability to analyze them.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with sales and distribution units and staff.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage conflict.
