Job Description

  • Delegates service tasks, monitors the progress of current projects, and later manages service team members.
  • Assists with performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
  • Sets up and maintains a service desk and evaluates its efficiency.
  • Monitors department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
  • Trains new employees according to the company standards.
  • Implements service policies.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a service manager.
  • Communication skills in English and Farsi are a must.
