POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – CleanTech to own technical architecture, system scalability, and engineering execution across sustainability- and energy-focused digital platforms.
You will design systems that process large-scale data, optimization models, and operational workflows—while setting technical standards, guiding engineers, and accelerating delivery through AI-augmented development and intelligent automation.
This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution, while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with the core team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own scalable architectures for CleanTech platforms and services
• Lead technical decision-making across backend services, data pipelines, and integrations
• Translate sustainability, energy, and regulatory requirements into reliable systems
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and data teams
• Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce engineering best practices
• Use AI-assisted tools to optimize energy models, forecasting, and system performance
• Anticipate scalability, reliability, and data integrity challenges
• Ensure long-term maintainability and operational resilience

SKILLS

• Strong experience designing and leading scalable backend or data-intensive systems
• Experience with analytics-driven platforms and optimization workflows
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and distributed systems
• Systems-level thinking with strong architectural judgment
• Ability to lead through clarity, ownership, and technical credibility
• Proven experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency and outcomes
• Strong communication skills to align technology with sustainability and business goals
