POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Cloud Technology to own the technical architecture, infrastructure strategy, and engineering execution of cloud-native systems across multiple products and domains.
This role requires deep systems-level thinking across distributed systems, containerized environments, DevOps practices, and infrastructure scalability. You will align cloud architecture decisions with long-term platform evolution, cost efficiency, security, and operational reliability.

This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution while maintaining strong collaboration across engineering and product teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own cloud-native architectures across services and environments
• Lead technical decisions around containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure automation
• Architect scalable, highly available distributed systems
• Collaborate with backend, data, and DevOps teams to ensure infrastructure alignment
• Ensure system reliability, observability, and performance at scale
• Optimize infrastructure cost without compromising scalability
• Identify risks related to security, uptime, and system resilience
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve monitoring, incident analysis, and performance optimization

SKILLS

Cloud & Infrastructure Architecture
• Strong experience designing and leading cloud-native systems
• Deep understanding of distributed architectures and microservices
• Experience with container orchestration and infrastructure automation

Scalability & Reliability
• Expertise in high-availability, fault-tolerant systems
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability practices
• Strong architectural judgment under growth and peak-load scenarios

DevOps & Automation
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
• Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code principles
• Ability to streamline operational workflows

Leadership & Execution
• Ownership of infrastructure strategy aligned with product scalability
• Ability to guide engineering teams on cloud best practices
• Clear communication of infrastructure trade-offs to senior stakeholders
