POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Logistech to own technical architecture, system scalability, and engineering execution across logistics and operations-driven platforms.
You will be responsible for building systems that manage real-time data, distributed operations, integrations, and optimization-heavy workflows—while setting technical direction, guiding engineers, and accelerating delivery through AI-augmented development and automation.
This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution, while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with the core team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own scalable, real-time architectures for logistics and supply-chain platforms
• Lead technical decisions across backend services, data streams, and integrations
• Translate operational requirements into reliable and performant systems
• Collaborate with product, operations, and analytics teams to optimize workflows
• Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce engineering standards
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve routing logic, forecasting, and system performance
• Anticipate bottlenecks, failure points, and operational risks
• Ensure system reliability, observability, and long-term maintainability

SKILLS

• Strong experience designing and leading scalable backend or real-time systems
• Experience with event-driven architectures, APIs, and distributed systems
• Understanding of data pipelines, optimization problems, and operational workflows
• Systems-level thinking and strong architectural judgment
• Ability to lead teams through clarity, ownership, and technical credibility
• Proven use of AI tools to accelerate development and improve decision-making
• Strong communication skills to align technical execution with operational goals
