POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Tech Lead – VR / AR to own the technical architecture, real-time performance strategy, and engineering execution of immersive and spatial computing platforms.
This role requires strong systems-level thinking across 3D engines, real-time rendering, device optimization, and interactive experience design. You will align technical decisions with user immersion, hardware constraints, and long-term platform scalability.

This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution while maintaining strong collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Design and own scalable architectures for immersive VR / AR systems
• Lead technical decisions across rendering pipelines, spatial interaction logic, and device integration
• Architect systems that balance visual fidelity, latency, and hardware performance
• Collaborate closely with designers, product leads, and engineers
• Ensure low-latency interaction and stable real-time performance
• Guide implementation across engine, backend, and integration layers
• Identify bottlenecks affecting immersion, frame rate, or device compatibility
• Use AI-assisted tools to enhance asset optimization, interaction testing, and performance analysis

SKILLS

Immersive & Real-Time Systems
• Strong experience with real-time 3D engines and rendering pipelines
• Deep understanding of spatial interaction and immersive UX principles
• Experience optimizing graphics performance under hardware constraints

Scalability & Performance
• Expertise in latency-sensitive, real-time systems
• Experience designing stable systems across multiple devices and environments
• Strong architectural judgment balancing visual quality and performance

Integration & Platform Thinking
• Understanding of hardware integration and spatial computing ecosystems
• Experience aligning immersive experiences with backend services and data systems
• Ability to leverage AI tools for optimization and experimentation
Leadership & Execution
• Ownership of immersive platform technical direction
• Ability to guide multidisciplinary teams across design and engineering
• Clear communication of technical trade-offs to senior stakeholders
